For deliveries inside the 48 contiguous states: Regular shipping prices cover UPS ground service to the 48 contiguous states. Pocket log books also have the option of being sent by U.S. Mail.

Return Policy for Log Books & S.A.F.E. Cards®
We can only issue credit for products that are returned in saleable condition. We recommend that you insure your shipment. Our carrier of choice is UPS because each package is trackable and insured for $100.00. You may wish to purchase additional insurance. Be sure to ship your package to our physical address (9319 Gulfstream Road, Frankfort, IL 60423). When possible, include the packing list (or a photocopy) and/or your account number to expedite processing. We suggest you use the original packaging if you still have it and it is in good condition. We do not issue refunds on shipping and handling unless the shipment was our error. If the products you returned arrive at our office in unsaleable condition we will notify you promptly. We will keep the unsaleable products for 2 weeks from receipt in the event you want them back or to allow you time to process an insurance claim with your carrier.
Custom Imprinting Details For Log Books
- For Logos: only digital artwork can be accepted, in .gif, .jpg (jpeg), or .tif (tiff) file formats. E-mail your artwork to art@safetymeetingoutlines.com. Include your company name, your name, your phone number and the number of Daily Logs you would like imprinted in your e-mail message. We will call you to confirm your order.
- For Logos: the artwork must be black and white with no grays or other colors. Black areas of the artwork will be reproduced in gold on the cover of the Daily Logs; white areas will be the color of the cover of the book.
- For Logos: the imprint on the Daily Logs will be the same size as the image in the artwork file.
- For Text: Your wording will be imprinted in a font to match the title on the Log in a font size appropriate for the size of the Log.
- For Logos & Text: your artwork or text will be imprinted on the front cover of the Daily Logs. It will be horizontally centered on the text of the title; the bottom edge of your artwork or text will be about one inch above the bottom edge of the cover. Long text may appear on two lines.
- The spine (bound edge) of the Daily Log cannot be imprinted
- Imprinted Daily Logs are not returnable for any reason other than manufacturing defects. All imprint orders must be pre-paid in full.
- No sample proof will be provided
- Allow eight (8) days in addition to normal transit time for delivery of your Daily Logs starting when we receive your artwork or text.
- Safety Meeting Outlines, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to imprint artwork which it, in its sole discretion, determines is inappropriate or could reflect poorly on, or adversely affect Safety Meeting Outlines, Inc. or any of its brands.

Reproducing the Weekly Safety Meetings or Manufacturing Safety Meetings in any way, including photocopying and faxing to other locations, constitutes an infringement upon our copyright, is a violation of federal copyright law and is strictly prohibited. If you need multiple copies of the Weekly Safety Meetings or Manufacturing Safety Meetings, we provide additional copies at very economical rates; prices start at $24.00 per copy per year. Substantial discounts are available for large purchases. Respect our copyright by purchasing the appropriate number of additional copies for your organization.
